About Us
Our mission is to provide highly qualified, culturally responsive, and student-centered teachers to government schools across Nonthaburi Province. We aim to support Thailand’s educational development by delivering exceptional educators who inspire learners, enhance academic achievement, and promote global-mindedness. Through strong collaboration with schools, continuous teacher training, and a commitment to excellence, we strive to create meaningful learning experiences that empower every student to succeed in a rapidly changing world.

Principles and Rationale
Recognizing the importance of developing students' foreign language skills, specifically English and Chinese, from kindergarten to high school, the Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization commissioned Chulalongkorn University, through its Academic Service Center, to implement a project to recruit foreign teachers to teach foreign languages in various schools in Nonthaburi Province. These schools are under the jurisdiction of the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 3, Nonthaburi Technical College, and the Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization.
The project aims to support and develop English language instruction for students in basic
education schools, enhancing their potential by expanding their English vocabulary,
improvingpronunciation and accent, and enabling them to communicate effectively in
English, preparing them for the ASEAN Community. Chulalongkorn University is
responsible for recruiting teachers to teach English, mathematics, and science in
English, as well as Chinese.

This project has been ongoing since fiscal year 2005. The program also includes managing training for foreign teachers to improve their teaching effectiveness at least once per semester, as well as providing teaching supervisors and general supervisors to monitor and visit teachers and foster good cooperation between Thai and foreign teachers. At the same time, Thai teachers who teach English and coordinate projects have been given the opportunity
to enhance their English teaching skills abroad. Similarly, academically gifted students who have made sacrifices
for their school have also been given the
chance to study English abroad.
